There are five fellowships offered within the Department of Radiology at OSU: Abdominal, Interventional Radiology, Magnetic Resonance Imaging, Musculoskeletal, and Neuroradiology. The Neuroradiology and Interventional Radiology Fellowships are accredited by the ACGME (ACGME reference numbers are 4233821018 for Neuroradiology and 4273821100 for Interventional Radiology). Each fellowship has its own director. Please click on the associated link below to learn about a particular fellowship. There are three ways to fill out an application:

1. Type in a MS Word document and email it
2. Download the application as PDF, fill out by hand, and mail it in

The applications are initially sent to the Radiology Residency and Fellowship Coordinator, Donna Federspiel and then passed on to the appropriate director.
