The education mission of The Ohio State University Department of Radiology is simple. We are committed to providing a well-rounded educational experience to our residents, medical students, and the community at large. Our commitment is demonstrated by optimizing resident and medical student education through a variety of disciplines; enhancing the education of the OSU medial community through our visiting professorship program where prominent national and international speakers are invited to lecture; an outreach initiative to educate the regional and local community on new endeavors and methods of treatment and diagnosis; and through the participation of our faculty in national/international forums. Our residency program offers a quality graduate medical education experience that promotes an environment encouraging the interchange of knowledge between residents, students, and faculty, both internally and throughout other major clinical specialties within the hospital.
